The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, referrer) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.

When you request an appointment or send a project, we process the details from the form (e.g. name, company, phone, email, your message and attached files) to handle your enquiry and contact you.

The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The details are stored with Netlify (Netlify Forms, Netlify Blobs) and forwarded to us by email. Attached files can only be opened through a signed, time-limited link. We delete enquiries once they are dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

If you call or write to us, we process your details only to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

We link to Google Maps (directions) and to our Instagram profile. Data is only transferred to those providers when you click such a link; their privacy policies then apply.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
